Kia Ora Whanau, Today me and my class did some meditating. We learnt a skill that makes you really cam and relaxed. Here are the steps and what you have to do. You can try it at home and share it with you family.
1. Put your left hand on your stomach so you can feel you stomach go in and out.
2. Close you eyes.
3. Breath in for 3 seconds, then breath out, do it ten times.
4. Then you can open your eyes when you are ready.
After that you will feel cam and not stressed if you are.
